Ladies Day at the Irish Grand National

Hi guys!

So today’s post is all about yesterday’s Ladies Day at the Irish Grand National! I had the pleasure to be invited by Branded 3 and Ladbrokes to the event as a fashion blogger!

I, along with Lorna (Fashion Boss), Stephanie (EatSleepChic), Dita (Ditatime), Annmarie (Style Biscuit), Laura (Style Savvy), Miriam and Aoife (TownMouse Country Mouse) and Laura and Beth from Branded3 started our day first thing Monday morning on a bus to Fairyhouse racecourse in Meath!IMG_5695

I wore an aqua blue dress and cape by Umit Kutluk and an exquisite head piece by milliner Suzanne Ryan. Suzanne did such an amazing job matching the colour of my hate with my dress and even my shoes! It was such an unusual piece and I absolutely adored it!!IMG_5658IMG_5697IMG_5700

Suzanne herself wore an amazing Alexander McQueen style feather cape from Debenhams and of course, one of her amazing hats! Suzanne also made Lorna’s hat, which was a gorgeous cerise colour!IMG_5668Vogue Williams who was judging Best Dressed Lady in association with Carton House was also wearing an Umit Kutluk piece. She wore the amazing feather pencil skirt from his SS’15 collection.

Over all I had an absolutely fabulous time at my first race day and I can’t wait to do it again!
